Employee appreciation award for 34 years of service. This is my find of the week. The Budd Company was a manufacturer of steel parts for automobiles, trains, space program airframes, missiles and various defense products. This clock is just so beautiful. It is an octagonal shape, with a cherry, high polished finish. It has brass fittings and a brass button to press as you lift the lid and it has a velvety lining where the clock sits. The clock is Howard Miller. I believe it is an alarm clock. I want to take the back off but I am afraid to. Inside the lid is a brass dedication to the employee, whom I do not know and it seems to be removable. I bought this clock at a Bazaar. It is in beautiful condition and in working order. I cannot print the other photos as there are only four picture slots. By the way, the pictures show reflection, the clock is in near perfect condition. The company went out of business in 2014. Thanks for stopping by.
