A Boy Scout Knife That Isn't But Then Again It Is

This knife was made by Western Knives. This is the company that made the official Boy Scouts of America knives but this one lacks the markings. It has the same scabbard and everything else but just lacks the official markings. Plus taped on the handle is the name of the owner plus Troop 322. Probably the troop from Beaumont, CA the closest to where I bought the knife. The one I posted previously is in photo 3. It has the boy scout emblem but no makers mark.
Hard to say how old this is as they were made for decades. I would guess pre 1950s based on the aging. Give or take a decade.
