This is an appealing piece and although I am quite sure it's Japanese I don't know who made it.
Clear with green spatter ground, white crackle on that, and some blobs of pink highlights.
It's really well made and an attractive shape and decor.
Crackle glass in this style was not a big thing in 20th century Japanese glass.
Height: 24cm
The pink spot caught my eye from the tiny icon on CW's page. Ingenious design again and something one doesn't usually see, love it!
Really nice and unusual!
The crackle décor is special......
I think they set it off too Bijou, in that random way the Japanese love.
Thanks Mrs T.
It's a nice bit of crackle I think too Peggy. I'm generally not a fan but this doesn't offend my sensitive (!) taste. Thanks.
Ken, I have Peggy to thank for some good ideas and I played around with it. Happy to have the feed back, and thanks so much for the love.
what a beautiful globular shape with a smashing flared lip love the white crackle frosting reminding me of many a happy winters day
& the piccys are first class Karen
This reminded me of one I had that was yellow spatter with a red dot on it. I think it was sklo that pointed out the name etched in on the bottom of mine or at least could read it. It would be very hard to see that on yours. I think it was O'Dell. Very similar. The contrasting color is what caught my eye here. Very cool.
Yours here is a lot nicer and I guess I did see the etching. Thought it was sklo but looks like it was eye4beauty that ID'd it for me. Not the greatest photo.

Many thanks Malkey, glad you like it.
I remember it now Sue.....you still got it? Similar shape and idea I guess. I love the colours on yours!
The colors were good but never really cared for it, so eh...no! haha My next post is thanks to you! I think you'll love this and hope you might recognize it...maybe. Going to photo it now, then post.
love this one
Thanks again Kivatinitz.
