The 3 1/4"x 2 1/4" size. I think this is the medium size or what is called the medium size. The unusual feature here is that it has the instruction sheet. Most soap does not have instructions. But Lava is not your usual everyday soap. It is soap for when other soap doesn't work. Despite what it says on the box I would not use it every day.
The bar of soap seems to be unused and an attractive bar of soap.
What I learned when I was a kid up here is to use Comet to get rid of pitch that gets stuck to your hands. Pine cones and the other various pitch producing plants pretty much graft to your skin so you need to lose a little skin to remove it. I should buy some Lava soap to see how well that works.
PS made by Procter and Gamble.
I remember it well!
The Power of Pumice -Nice. I always use it after working on my cars. Cool old bar.
I remember that color bar, that soap? sanding block? will remove about anything including skin.
Let's have some music! Lava by the B52's

Thank you PhilDMorris.
Thank you Rick55.
Nothing like Lava soap. We used it to clean the heavy tobacco gum off our hands after stripping tobacco when I was a kid.
Thank you very much Scott and welcome back. It does get what otherwise doesn't get got.
