Twen -T-Two lounge chair and footstool.
Laminated Queensland black bean wood.
Designed by Fred Lowen.
Still deciding to reupholster in turquoise fabric or leather.
Almost 50 years old but a classic midcentury modern lounge .
We cant wait to restore it.
Unusual arm design and ergonomic subtle curves make it so comfortable.
Back in 69 it cost $168!
The wood veneers are almost completed. Reupholster progress pictures to follow.
The new fabric will be Zepel Troy2. In a colour called chlorophyll.
It will be awesome.
So good you are restoring this classic, they must be quite rare now.
