Hi, this is my Gustavo Becker I just bought at flea market for only $30 works good but the chime only runs for about 4 days instead of the full eight day the time runs for the full 8 days anyone know why ? Also this clock is missing the wooden crown for the top but I can't and for $30. Thanks

probably just needs a cleaning n oiling , have several mantle clocks that only ran 3 days and once i blew out the crud and gace em some clock oil on the pivots usualy they get back to 8 days or so
