This was formerly my grandmothers lamp. She made the shade many years ago. Can anyone tell me about the lamp?

i know the pattern of the blue glass is called "daisy fern". the bottom section is milkglass. the blue glass piece looks like it may be fenton.....they made glass pieces for other companies and then the other companies would assemble them into a lamp. great piece! i would say its worth $75-$100.

Thanks for the info. My sister has a matching lamp at her house as well.

oh wow! thats very cool, a matching pair is worth more then just the value of two separate lamps. a pair is probably worth $300 or so. i love the blue color of the glass.

This was also originally an oil lamp.

That's cool to think about Hedgewalker. Perhaps that is why it is wired in a funky manner!
