Looks to be an unmarked, heavily plated mid-century-1980s brooch. Not possible to give any info about the maker without maker marks. Natural lighting and no flash are best when photographing jewelry. The flash creates too much distortion/glare. :-)))
We believe this is my spouses Grandmother's as his mother was not a collector. Hard to get a good photo though! I digress. Thanks and you have a good eve.
