This is badly broken, but not noticeable at first glance. You can best see the damage and the colour of the glass in image four. Originally the tubes/sticks would have protruded above the green band, but probably not by much.
I bought it because I think it is really old......the glass is not clear it has a pink tinge to it. The classic Kralik foot is moulded so ok but the hand applied tubes/sticks and the green band are crudely done. On the other hand I think it may well be a forerunner of the Kralik thorn vases with applied flowers which I like, so for me it's interesting.

Early Art Nouveau, I'd say, but's that's based only on the look of it. You can find the history of the Kralik family and their factories via the internet. Started early 1800's and finished around the start of WWII. I don't think there's much, if any, factory production information.
seems to be quite "primitive".Like child's exercise.
