Possibly a Welz basket in plain yellow and rose trim.
Here is a link to another.

10.5cm high, 5.2cm base, 10.5cm bowl diameter at max.
Great find...... The lower body of this basket is classic Welz, in so much as the style of basket is shown on a building emblem in Hrob, on a building owned by Welz. The building example has a different rim crimp and handle. This is the first example having this body that I have seen in this colorway.
Very nice basket with an unusual form!
Actually, it reminds me of a Welz vase I posted recently, except my vase is more orange inside than ruby/pink. However, the yellow layer also glows orange under UV light, indicating the presence of manganese - another sign pointing to Welz - my Welz yellow frit vase posted several months ago does the same. Thanks again to welzebub for pointing this out.

I wanted to mention that the orange glow of yellow glass is evidence of the use of Cadmium. Manganese is generally found in clear glass and causes a very faint green glow.
Sorry about that - my mistake - got my metals mixed up...of course it's cadmium. :-)
