Plaster? Wall hangers 5.5"- 6" tall. Women's eyes are creepy! They have a lot of detail. I would like to find out more information about this item. I bought them at a garage sale in Atlanta 6 years ago.

He looks like Mr. Pickwick. She might be Dickensian too ???
She looks more like a Quaker from her bonnet - don't know what the whitish flaps are all about.
She is Betsy Trootwood and somebody repainted her giving her that creepy look.
