As promised, this is an example of reproduction Victorian style glass made in Murano during the 1960s - 1970s era.
This three trumpet epergne is made entirely from millefiori canes with a satin finish. The canes are typical of the sort seen in Venetian paperweights of the mid - 20th century. It measures 40 cm tall, & 29.5 cm wide across the crimped bowl.
In most aspects, this epergne is identical in basic form to a Victorian example, except for the millefiori canes...these Murano repro pieces tended to be "fantasy" versions of Victorian glass that never existed.
One day, I do intend to acquire an original Victorian epergne...I bought this one about 12 years ago as it was a very reasonable price for such a flamboyant & unusual item.

Wonderful comment received with many thanks, MALKEY!
On festive occasions I put flowers in the trumpets & chocolates in the bowl. An epergne with flowers in looks rather like a table top fireworks display...

I am so grateful that you are sharing your knowledge about art glass. Many sellers on the internet are causing confusion with their misleading descriptions of art glass. Did you even think that you might publish a book on Victorian art glass?
I am also thoroughly impressed with the number of pieces of fine art glass that you have acquired at your young age. Thank you so much for sharing.
