Clear, moulded glass once looked incredibly modern.
This is hall marked "r" for 1912. The form is modern and reminiscent of other twisted moulded shapes we have seen on here. The vase could almost be 1960s/70s/80s. The makers mark is indistinct but could almost be a DL for Loebl. Many of his marks look indistinct... almost like the glass was the primary object. Or Loebl wasn't marking his silver rims for posterity like some of his contemporaries. Indeed, if a deep stamp impression was made on these crimped silver rims, the result could be a hole as we sometimes see where marks have been polished or worn through.
This is 19.3cm high.
Apologies for the side-on views - I didn't edit.
