Stimulated by recent posts of philmac51 and Rick55 and the discussions about vases with metal oxide inclusions, I post two E.Leveille signed vases. The first two photos show a famous 'Lions head' craquelé glass vase originally designed by E. Rousseau but lateron produced by E. Leveille, too. The second vase is made of clear glass décorated by martelé cutting and contains cloude like red and white toned metal oxide inclusions, as well as gold flecks, similar to the first vase, too. Here the structure of the metal oxide inlusions have a very different appearence as compared to red/white marbled vases decorated by small round molten glass inclusions often assigned to Leveille.
Yes, both vases from my collection.

Fabulous. I'd not come across E. Leveille before. They're lovely and so distinctive looking.
