Found few days ago. Googling didn't gave any result at all. It is bare metal and embossed, carton (200/20). It may not be that old, but it has the look of "streamline", to me.

This isn't terribly old. I say that for two reasons. Lucky strike original colors before the company was sold were Red & Green. Secondly lucky strikes were not filtered. The image above is red and white and for filtered cigarettes. Lucky strike green became the name for menthol cigarettes after the company was sold and adopted filters and different flavors. Original lucky strike greens were unfiltered full flavor that would choke a horse. I smoked a good many of them in Vietnam so no filters were left behind to be found.

Thank you, fhrjr2, for these infos. Really appreciated!
I will keep the item, anyway, just because I like its look!

By all means keep it. I have a similar tin the I keep pens, pencils and markers in. It is an old German cookie tin shaped similar to yours but has a scene embossed in the top and little churbs embossed on all sides. I keep it just because I like it. Not everything needs a dollar value if you like it.

I've got a few Lucky Strike tins a few are newer and a couple older. One of my favourite tins is an Allouette tobacco from Quebec. Welcome to C.W.
