Purchased from a evangelical church. Used in service. Can be dated back to at least to 1950's. Hoping to restore to original. Originally came with two side chairs. Please help I've been researching..

Help me locate a picture of this in its original state. Help me identify this chairs style and age. Help me determine what type of material I should use to restore in the center/ back and seat.
      Thanks in advance

Look under Gothic Chair. It is Gothic style but since there were so many furniture makers and they put their own spin on the construction, it would be hard to find an exact match but who knows.
