I have acquired this pitcher. It is 13 " tall. It has a mark in gold printed on bottom 7018. There is a very small makers hole in center of bottom.
The design is gold and it is raised on areas. Not sure if it would be Limoges or gold gilt. Any comments on maker and age would be appreciated.

Limoges is an area in France, not a finish. It could be a blank from France which was decorated in the USA. There were decorator studios, such as Stouffer who specialized in this type of work , but also groups of artistic amateurs, primarily women, in the US in the 1920-30’s who also would do the same. It’s possible the initials and date of 1935 around the base was the artist, and the 2nd set was added when it was given as a family heirloom in 1976
