My grandmother's bowl - I think they are chestnuts or buckeyes. Have not found this pattern anywhere yet.
7.5 inches round by 3 inches high.
19 CM by 7.5 CM.
Gold leaf on the rim and on the large feet.
Greens, pale yellow-orange and browns. There are also contours on the inner flutes and a floral design on the edge of the outer flutes that can be seen in the photo from the top.
A beautiful beautiful dish, and in great shape for age.
I agree they are chestnuts. Chances are you won't find one the same. You may find the same shape dish, just not that painting. I just love thhis!
And welcome to CW.
A beautiful piece of Nippon porcelain.
