Lawrence & Mayo military watch

An old watch, I took this apart, cleaned the movement, polished the case and dial, polished the hands and got it up and running. You can see the difference in the "before and after" pics! I also made a new seconds hand from two broken ones.
The movement is one made by a company called Orion , who supplied many of the top makers of watches in the late 1800's and early 1900's with their quality movements. The advert shows some of their many achievements in horology.
It has what is called a "Moustache" lever, which is a moustache-shaped counterbalance on the movement, a sign of quality.
The watch has a name engraved on the movement, "The "Turret", something often found on watches supplied for the military man.
It has it's original leather watch guard, so it can be worn on the lapel and put in the breast pocket of a uniform.
I would date this to around 1900, the time of the Boer War.
Lawrence & Mayo were in business in London from the mid-1880's, and expanded into India in the early part of the 20th. century.
