Among other pins found in an old jewelry box I came across this pin that I cannot locate information for? Looks like some kind of War pin to me?

Just a stab in the dark here, but I'm guessing it is likely some organized labor dues pin (like for 1932 dues). The size is about right for that kind of pin. As to the image, I'm thinking some kind of machinist's union or the like.
