    I found this today in my favorite segunda in oakland. it was really filthy and spent a long time cleaning it up. it has some age to it. i love it! any info apprecieated! i think it's japanese.

      The word at the bottom is the Chinese character for "Tea". But it could be Japanese because they also use Chinese character as part of their writing language.
