30 hour OGEE weight driven flame mahogany 1840's

Hi, today I was at a garage sale and bought this 30 hour weight driven time and strike OGEE, flame mahogany and reverse painting of two birds and bird bath from the 1840's for $25.00 I had to rehang the missing rope but I still don't know if the clock runs or not as it runs and stops after a couple of minutes One of the heavy weights is heavier then the other one so I may have attached the wrong weight to the time side does anyone know if the weights for this clock should weigh the same or if the time weight is the heavier one or the lighter weight thanks for reading.
