Lovely antique all bisque ball jointed Kammer & Reinhardt /Simon & Helbig 23" 117 mold. 1910 era. Paperweight glass blue eyes with mohair eyelashes on upper lid, hand painted lower eyelashes. Original bridal gown, bloomers, slip, stockings, garter, and shoes. Full length veil with pillow box head piece.
Hi if your dolls head is marked Kammer & Reinhardt /Simon & Halbig (with a A) 23" 117 mold. It is a reproduction of that mold ot is not a original antique doll , It is made from old mold in a doll making class and also should have been dated otr initialed by who made her in class . She really barely looks like like mold 117 from photo and is a much copied doll but whoever painted her did not capture her the way original looked . Sorry to have to tell you your doll is probably from around 1980's or 90's and is just makes for a decor piece . Welcome to CW Just a word of caution never rely on a antique shop to to date a doll or a family member , learn what the old bisque looked like by seeing many many antique dolls in a museum . I hope you did not pay much .
No mark of an A on the doll next to 117.
No I meant you spelled Halbig wrong no e in it . She is a reproduction doll :-)

Oh in the future a they never made porcelain bodies like that back in 1800's-1940's era . The would be composition . The only dolls with porcelain body were tiny dolls and no joints just could move legs or arms or not movable at all . If you see another doll like yours with that body it is not correct .
