Hello All. Just found this guy at an estate sale. I cannot find any info on him. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bottom of shoes state 'Made in Japan. Battery operated. Thanks!

I happen to know a Mike Kelly that has quite a collection of mechanical monkey's in the back of his office. I am sure that his collection is because mechanical monkeys are an important addition to his daily trade. Would this happen to be the same?
