This vintage 60s California "Flower Power" Protest Helmet was discovered in or around San Diego. Painted yellow flowers with red centers and green psychedelic "leaves" on an older helmet that had been painted black for a contrast that stands up from far away. No peace signs, just a primitive expression of one's spirit. Vietnam War era.

Shows the freedom of expression for sure however I would have been compelled to add peace symbols in the flower centers had I been the one wearing it but they were digging it just as groovy as it is.
