James Mont Style Brass Pewter Vase Double Happiness

Interesting Unique Design Brass pewter bud vase.
Need Hep to Id Mfg and Mfg date possible 1960s
It look like a John Mont Design i am No Sure.
Stands 7 3/4 " Tall Wt is One lb 4 oz
