This is a very nice bowl marked with a silver Czechoslovakia signature. It is roughly 11" wide by 5" tall. It sits on three scroll feet with three applied prunts. The whole thing is satin finished to make the colors more matt in texture.
In pic 4 there is a similar decor on this 14" vase. The confetti bowl is predominantly blue on the outside then reversed on the inside to favor the pink.

The prunts caught my eye! haha I remembered what they were! (thanks to Rick55)
They caught my eye too. I think they are in an odd place on the bowl being so low, but they work well!
The prunts distract from a gorgeous item. In my most humble opinion.
I agree about the prunts, but I have pictures of a bowl in red tango same shape and prunts and it really works on it. This one it gets in the way
