Hand Painted Porcelain Cup and Saucer

I bought this pretty hand painted cup and saucer today. It does have a couple of chips and a hairline crack, but it was only £1.50, and I don't mind a bit of damage, it just shows it has lived! I can't find what the mark is? I have tried my 2 books of Porcelain and pottery marks and not found it. Has anyone come across this mark? My first thought was Europe, maybe German.
