I pick this up at a yard sale sometime back. Don't know much about it. Found only one other like it posted online that said it's from the 1920's. Anyone know anything about what this was used for, and is it really that rare of an item to find only one other online? The only other one I found online was posted for $500. Is that a fair price for this item?
