    I'll be honest, I do not know much about furniture at all! This was actually passed down to me from generation to generation.
    I do know (from the label on the back) it is the work of empire furniture company of Huntington, WV. One thing that stood out to me is what had looked like paint but is actually very small wood pieces hammered in to make up the line of squares along both side of the glass door. I do not know of the material nor time in history it was made. I appreciate any and all help and thank you in advance!
