    Artist signed I believe, 2023? possible. So does anyone have an idea of who made it and when?

      The second word will be Ware, I suspect.

      It is Mattona Ware, made by Price Brothers, Burslem Staffordshire, circa 1934-40’s

      It does look hand-painted, and I’m pretty sure that the dots on the underside are probably a production date mark
