Love the baby diamond on the cameo. I guess its a white gold surround.

I'm sure there will be some other opinions, but think the stone would be considered jasper, a rather broad term for opaque quartzes, solid color or multicolored.
When a cameo figure is herself wearing jewelry, she is said to be en habille (with an accent on the e: ah-bee-yay).
