    Hand painted and signed with initials E. F. B and Rosenthal mark

    BUT no other marks i.e. Bavaria, Germany etc....
    looks very arts and crafts to me, with an ease of style.

      Here is a link to Rosenthal marks, which you may have seen already. I know also that they created blanks for US decorating studios such as Pickard, but I’m not sure if the country of origin was on those. China decorating was also a very popular with hobbyist for talented housewives in the 1920-30’s period
