M&M Whiskey Bottle

This is an amber colored whiskey bottle, may not be whiskey but most of my whiskey bottles look like this one. It stands 10.5" x 3.25". The seam goes all the way up and over the top. It says Federal Law Forbids Sale or Reuse of This Bottle. Bottom has the oval in the diamond and an I in the middle of the symbol, this is on the right side of the bottle. The bottom middle has D-11, 56-42 in a clear middle circle and under that is an 8 with a dot next to it. I do not know the year. The bottom of the bottle itself says 4/5 Quart embossed on it. I cannot find any information with the M&M moniker.
