Ruckl - Confetti Decor (tornado pattern)

Here is a Latge Ruckl with a tornado pattern. There are bits of glass added on both sides of a crystal base. The confetti is turned in little circles (a pattern that hypnotized the eye). The bowl sits on a thick black foot the way a lot or Ruckl bowls were made.

It is about 8" X 11" and is heavy for its size. It has a satin finish that was probably applied "cool" (instead of fired on. The piece has a ground rim and ground bottom as well.

Upon washing the piece I noticed the glass had an unusual metallic smell; like wet tin, that's the first time it occurred to me to use my nose to help with attribution! The piece has a rugby shaped Czech symbol used on many Ruckl (and some a kralik I think).
