Does anyone know the maker of this cast iron piggy bank? I've found small ones ... same exact model about 6" in length ... but this one is a HUGE 18" in length!!! Is it RARE? I would expect so!!! Has anyone ever sern one like it in this size? THANKS.

I think the company name that made these is on the plug in the belly or is it the drugs I'm on ..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Thanks "Theonlyone" for your comments! Cool to know my pig has a "brother" out there - ha ha. I don't think this piece is too common; I've seen much smaller sizes though. You know, I think you're right that there is some identifier on the plug; I never noticed! Looks like some letters. Wonder if I should strip the paint off and see if I can read it? It would be GREAT to know who manufactured it. I'll have to think about that. THANKS AGAIN!

I just came across this post. I have a very similar piggy bank maybe the same one. Did you end up digging up any info on it?
