LOVE the blue background with the white flowers. Love so many elements of this bracelet.

Stamped by Whiting and Davis - Mesh Bags. I need to look at the mark again. I compared it against the information from: http://www.illusionjewels.com/costumejewelrymarksw.html but haven't drawn firm conclusion on time. Could be more modern?

If so I'll update the title. Trying to figure out what type of flower is depicted on the front.....

Thank you, Efesgirl, nutsabotas6, and valentino97. I really really love this bracelet.

I was going to go with about 1965, valentino97, but 70's works as well I tell ya...Whiting and Davis and the whole 'mesh bags' part of their mark is shown in earlier decades and then much more recent decades so even after reading some, I was ready to toss a coin on it. ;)
