    There were a few items I kept from when my grandfather passed away years ago. One was this painting that was hanging on the basement wall. Does anyone have info on the artist?
    Also, should it be reframed? Its behind glass and has a metal frame with nails.

      Old photos go well with old frames. A little rust doesn't hurt it.
