I have no idea what this is. I found it in an old workshop/barn that we had to take down a few years ago. I cleaned it up and am trying to identify what it is. I have two of them.
It has a screw that will clamp it to a table or bench. The handle turns the gears which spins the top wheel that looks to be missing a part.
I can read that something that says, "Lockey & xxxx" can't read the words after Lockey.
The prong thing is seen in apple peelers so I think this is something similar but larger.
"Apple-Parer", missing the cutting blade assembly.

Looks like the Goodell model 98. Made in 1898 by Goodell Mfg. Antrim, NH.
