    Hi, today I was out garage salling and came across this beautiful antique rococo style guilt metal clock with porcelain dial as well as painted porcelain Cupid I believe this clock is not running but I have yet to see as many it's missing it's key looks like one of the springs possibly the time spring is over wind ? , I took pictures of the moment so maybe someone out there can you tell me more information as I would also love to know when this Clock was made and is it worth fixing this Clock is approximately 15" inches tall and has trademark a stamped on the Clock tile as well as the ansonia clock co.       The crack in the face is usually due to either having been dropped (in which the clock tends to stop working), someone yanked the key to the side, or there is too much pressure on it.
      If you like the clock and wish to keep it, go ahead and have it fixed. But have them give you a quote, first. I'd also have the face replaced as the damage can be quite unsightly to any buyers in the future.
