What I have been able to find is that this is San Jose tile. This is one of a very long scene which was probably 8 feet long. They were cemented together with concrete. It appears much of this type of tile was cemented together.
I do not think I could remove the cement. The rest were damaged or broken when a backhoe cleared the area. sad.
I think that the scene shows a cock fight with an onlooker waving money in his right hand
