Found at an antiques fair I attended yesterday, this Victorian vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over peach shading to opal, with a quilted pattern. It also features enamelled decoration of flowering branches. The vase measures 14 cm tall, 3.8 cm across the cut & polished top rim, & 6.5 cm across the base, which does not have a pontil mark.
Looking at Dr. K. M. Hasselbach's article on identifying early Loetz glass on Loetz.com, I noticed some vases with a similar quilted pattern, in a peach & pink shaded glass known as Karoatlas. Harrach also made a quilted glass with enamelled decoration, so it could be either.
Anyway, fairly sure it is Bohemian.
Here is the article:

Image 7.06 is of revelence in particular - similar colour, cut & polished top, & quilted effect.
Sweet stuff. What a great collection.
