I have posted some pretty ropey hallmarks on rims before owing to my interest in their dating potential. With the caveat, of course, that we as collectors might marry one with the other.
I don't think this happens as much as we might worry, and certainly silver rims seem to come off more than go on.
This caveat aside, David Loebl, London 1920 (gothic "e").
Quite a modern looking swirl design in mould-blown clear glass with claw feet.
