Candle holder, carnival???

Amber/gold ? irridecent candleholder, think it is carnival. Found this in a box of this and that in my storage-room. I don't remember where i got it . If i see something shiny i must buy it, even if it does not fit with anything else...i find a place :) thanks for looking
