clawfoot morris chair tiger oak

Hi, I would love to know more about this Morris chair like who the manufacturer may be and when this chair May have been made the chair is in overall good to excellent condition appears to have been refinished as well as some metal dowels added to each side of the arm rest as well as the bottom of the chair I took pictures of the hardware I see no manufacture label I believe it to be Victorian but may be a reproduction I don't know. I'm not that fond of the fabric but it works good. Thanks for reading.
