Signed Porcelain doll 4"

Hi,today I was garage sailing and found this porcelain doll she's about 4 inches tall and is signed but I can't make out the signature looks like date 1979 edman hen parson ? Can Anyone give me any info. About this doll the string in the arms is loose. She came with a stand . I do like her and was planing on putting her in one of my antique doll trunks thanks for reading.
