    Was told it is early 1920s colonial revival style its stamped L Fish Furniture chicago illinois on back. Any info appreciated as im thinking of refinishing it but dont want to change if valuable

      The framework on the glass is poor and not to 1920's Quality ! Definitely looks around 1940 or so. I used to live in a high rise in Toronto where the basement storage room was filled with rather poorly made furniture much like this. I found this in a 1993 article :
