Milk Glass Vanity Jar

This is a small milk glass vanity jar with a silver lid. On the lid it says Othine. The jar measures a little less than 1.5" by a little less than 2.25" The only thing it says on the bottom is Othine and under that is a 10. It has seams, but as yet, I have not gotten the top off. There is a mark on the bottom where I think, was where they cut off the glass. The jar has a lot of tooling marks on it. No Idea of the year. Othine was a freckle remover....as if...lol.
