This clock is in very good condition. Has key and keeps good time. There is tape on the rear hinged door of the clock, but I haven't removed it to see why it is there. The final over the clock is slightly loose.
The clock has been passed down from my children's grandmother. She couldn't tell us anything about the clock except that she has "always" had it.
The figure appears to be a boy playing a lyre. I find no signs of damage or wear other than what is listed above. I have not attempted to start it up. I will have someone with clock experience show me what to do. There are two keyholes in the face of the clock.
Can you tell me anything about this clock?
I believe it is called the TROUBADOUR.
