Oil on Canvas Signed Painting - ???

I thought I would put this piece out there to see if anyone has opinions. I found it at the local GW store. Oil on Canvas. Looks to have some age to it based on the back (not pictured). It is a large piece maybe 24" by 20".

On the back is a label from the store where it was framed, "Cloister Art Studios," Engelwood, NJ. "The House of Glass."

The signature looks to read: C. DEAS. But I can't be sure. A search provided some info. on the artist, but the style is eclectic and not much like this painting I have here.

Any thoughts, ideas, comments, feedback are welcome!
